BABA CAIMAN
Baba Caiman is an incredible, high energy band spanning genres that include salsa, rock, merengue and funk to create unforgettable nights of nonstop dancing. Hailing from Jacksonville, FL, the 6-person band that combines modern and throwback Top 40s and Latin fusion for the ultimate party vibes.

RIPPERDÜSKI
Ripperdüski is a Central Florida groove rock band blending infectious riffs, driving rhythms, and memorable melodies into energetic original music that’s equal parts fun, powerful, and unapologetically authentic.

DJ LADY SHAY
The Tampa-based DJ and MC brings a vibrant energy and a music selection skill that’s deeply rooted in her Jamaican heritage. DJ Lady Shay understands the true art of mixing and is incredible to watch and hear. Her music repertoire spans from electronic to current pop, hip hop, old school, dancehall, calypso and soca music. She also brings a vibrant energy to the microphone as a professional MC!

When and where is Central Florida Food Fest taking place at Bonnet Springs Park?
November 7, 2026 from 5 – 9PM
Food Fest will be restricted to the Harrell Family Botanical Gardens and the Event Center.
Who is this event for?
Guests must be 21 years of age to purchase a ticket and attend this event. Minors will not be granted access. Tickets are non-refundable.
What type of food and drinks will be available?
Central Florida Food Fest will feature an exciting roster of local food and drink establishments.
Is the Park open to the public during Central Florida Food Fest?
The park will be open on Saturday, November 7 from 6AM to 1PM. CFFF ticketholders will be let into the gates at 4PM. Entry to the Festival will start at 5PM. After 4PM, the Park will be open only to Central Florida Food Fest ticketholders, who will need to present their tickets to gain entry.
What forms of payment are accepted at the Park?
BSP accepts all major credit cards and contactless payments (tap to pay). There are two reverse ATMs or “cash to card” machines also available for guests, at the Hollis Family Welcome Center and The Depot Cafe, located near the Florida Children’s Museum.
Is there free parking?
The ticket to CFFF covers parking for the event. There is no additional fee.
Will trams run within the Park?
Trams will run from the Kirby Center to the Florida Children’s Museum lot for the duration of the event for guests parked in the FCM lot.
What can I bring?
No coolers, outside food, drink, or alcohol are permitted during this event. Please see our General Park Rules for other items that are not permitted in the Park.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets will not be allowed in the event space. We kindly ask that you keep pets at home during Central Florida Food Fest.
How do I get around the Park?
Central Florida Food Fest is a walking experience. Guests should wear comfortable shoes for walking on grass, gravel, concrete, and asphalt.
